Service Life Priority Series
Although around 15% softer than stiff polyester brushes, nylon-rich blends typically command a ~20% price premium (a $10 polyester brush upgrading to about $12). That premium is quickly recovered through nearly 1.5× higher abrasion resistance, delivering ~20% lower lifetime cost. Beyond durability, nylon-rich fibers retain their broken-in feel far longer, maintaining smoothness, control, and comfort as the brush ages. Our SL Series extends this advantage with stiffer nylon-poly blends and value-optimised nylon hybrids across stiffness levels.

Finish Priority Series
For decades, natural bristle and ox-hair brushes achieved high coating thickness with solvent-based paints. While application was often streaky, slow drying allowed gravity to level the film, bridging marks into a glass-like, spray-quality finish. That model no longer applies. Viable natural materials are scarce and costly, and today’s fast-drying, water-based paints leave no time for self-levelling. The result is visible brush marks and inconsistent finishes. Our LF series delivers a near zero brush-mark system engineered specifically for modern coatings.

Natural Style Engineered Bristle
Natural bristle once set the benchmark, applying 35-50 μm per stroke with superior finish, colour depth, and protection. Today, viable natural bristle no longer exists at scale, leaving the market dominated by chemically tipped synthetics that mostly deliver just 15-25 μm. The result is lower gloss, shorter coating life, and higher labour costs if extra coats are applied. With global decorative paint sales exceeding $150 billion, even small thickness losses create massive inefficiency.
